Nylon tube is suitable for use with hot sprays, airless sprayers, applications of adhesives, coatings, etc., but Nylon is inflexible. C.V.P. has developed the advanced technology to manufacture multi-layer tubing. This method of extrusion enables us to combine materials into one product, taking advantage of the mechanical properties of each other and paint hose is a special co-extruded hose that features a unique multi-layer construction of a polyurethane outer layer bonded to an inner tube of nylon. The resulting product is designed to offer the benefits of both materials in one hose so that it have more advantages than original nylon.
