CVP Inc. was founded in Chang-Hua City in 1969. It was named “De-Sheng Wire Inc.,” Employed only 30 personnel and manufactured bicycle cable in the beginning until year of 1973. Due to the increasing sales figures and limited spaces, the company decided to relocate its facility to the current address of No.135, sec 3, Jhongshan Rd. and rename the factory to be “Ho-Tian Industrial Ltd.” With further productivity enhanced, the company added the automotive and motorcycle production lines for domestic and foreign sales.
In 1980, product categories of cable and wire included a wide range of commercial equipment such as agricultural equipment of sprayer, grain combine, tractor and digger…etc.; snowmobile, marine boat, jet ski, land-mower, forklift, and air plane. The company was renamed as “CVP Inc.” and added the assemble production line for automotive cable and wire products. Moreover, the company was certified by NSF ISO 9001 quality control, rewarded with RAB (USA) and RVA (EU) certifications to manufacture OEM quality products with competitive aftermarket prices.

1983	Primary initiated assembly line automation.
1983	[Chummy Vehicle Parts Corp.] renamed [Chummy
	Vehicle Parts Inc. ].
1984	Began the process of (TQC).
1986	Began the era of information technology management.
1987	Renewed the company's equipment. Furthermore, a
	number of heavy-duty equipment, such as automated
	NC data control device, was added.
1988	One of the company's warehouses established in L.A.,
	California.
1993	Implemented (FMS) flexible manufacturing system
	and (CAM) system.
1994	Quality control unit has implemented CAE analytical
	system.
1996	Subsidiary [JP WIN Industries Co. Ltd.] established, specializing in making
	maintenance tools.
1996	The company has been awarded in the recognition of excellence by the Industrial Union
	in Taiwan.
1999	Subsidiary [GiTe Enterprise Co. Ltd.] established, specializing small parts related to
	cables and wires.
2000	Invested the subsidiary of [Ho Tien Enterprise Co. Ltd.], manufacturing the outer parts of
	cable and wire.
2003	"Taiwan Labor-Management Relationship Reward"
2003	Registered to ISO 9001:2000 quality certification.
2003	"Assembly line" established to be an outsourced supplier of automotive part products.
2006	Subsidiary frim of "AIRUB" found, a supplier of various air-compressed rubber products.
2006	Carry on ISO 14001 factory environmental-friendly plan
